Title XVI of the International Financial Institutions Act ( 22 U.S.C. 262p et seq. ) is amended in section 1630(c) by striking 5-year period and inserting 10-year period . The authorities provided under section 1015(b) of the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2010 ( Public Law 111–212 ; 124 Stat. 2332) shall remain in effect through September 30, 2031. Section 9601(b) of the Department of State Authorizations Act of 2022 (division I of Public Law 117–263 ; 136 6 Stat. 3909) is amended by striking fiscal years 2023 and 2024 and inserting fiscal years 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028 .
