Sec. 345. Conveyance of certain aircraft from Air Force to Arizona Aviation Historical Group, Phoenix, Arizona

The Secretary of the Air Force (in this section referred to as the Secretary ) may convey to the Arizona Aviation Historical Group, Phoenix, Arizona (in this section referred to as the Group ), all right, title, and interest of the United States in five T–37B trainer aircraft and any available spare parts for such aircraft that the Secretary has determined are surplus to need. The conveyance of an aircraft under subsection
(a)shall be made at no cost to the United States. Any costs associated with such conveyance, costs of determining compliance with terms of the conveyance, and costs of operation and maintenance of the aircraft conveyed shall be borne by the Group.
