The Department of Defense regional center for security studies known as the Africa Center for Strategic Studies is hereby redesignated as the James M. Inhofe Center for Africa Security Studies . Section 342(b)(2)(D) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking Africa Center for Strategic Studies and inserting James M. Inhofe Center for Africa Security Studies . Section 2611(a)(2)(D) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking Africa Center for Strategic Studies and inserting James M.
Inhofe Center for Africa Security Studies . Section 1270A(b)(1) of the Sudan Democratic Transition, Accountability, and Fiscal Transparency Act of 2020 ( 22 U.S.C. 10010(b)(1) ) is amended by striking Africa Center for Strategic Studies and inserting James M. Inhofe Center for Africa Security Studies . Any reference to the Department of Defense Africa Center for Strategic Studies in any law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be deemed to be a reference to the James M.
Inhofe Center for Africa Security Studies.
