Section 1094(g) of the Afghanistan War Commission Act of 2021 ( Public Law 117–81 ; 135 Stat. 1938) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The Co-Chairpersons of the Commission may, to such extent and in such amounts as are provided in appropriation Acts, enter into contracts to enable the Commission to discharge its duties under this section. .
