Sec. 1043. Report on National Guard sexual assault prevention and response training

The Chief of the National Guard Bureau, in coordination with the Secretary of Defense, shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report containing the number of members of the National Guard, disaggregated by State, that received sexual assault prevention and response training in the preceding calendar year— not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act; and annually, beginning in 2027 and ending in 2031, by not later than March 30 of each year.
