Not later than September 30, 2026, the Secretary of Defense shall carry out a program to certify new materials and processes to manufacture 25 to 100 percent of the parts of one of each type of the following unmanned aerial system
(UAS)categories using advanced or additive manufacturing techniques: Small unmanned aerial systems used as tactical loitering munitions. Small unmanned aerial systems used for surveillance and reconnaissance missions. Small unmanned aerial systems used for logistics missions.
