Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall take such actions as may be necessary to wind down and terminate the National Intelligence University. Title X of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3191 et seq. ) is amended by striking subtitle D ( 50 U.S.C. 3227 et seq. ). Section 2151(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraph (3). Section 105(d)(2) of title 17, United States Code, is amended— by striking subparagraph (M); and by redesignating subparagraph
(N)as subparagraph (M). The Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 2018, 2019, and 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ) is amended by striking section 5324 ( 50 U.S.C. 3334a ). The table of contents for the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3002 et seq. ) is amended, in the matter preceding section 2 of such Act, by striking the items relating to subtitle D of title X.
