Section 361(c) ( 42 U.S.C. 3030m(c) ) is amended by striking buildings and all that follows and inserting buildings and residences where older individuals congregate or live . Section 321(a)(4) ( 42 U.S.C. 3030d(a)(4) ) is amended by striking subparagraph
(A)and inserting
(A)to assist older individuals in obtaining and maintaining adequate housing, including residential repair and renovation projects, and (if assistance for weatherization projects does not unnecessarily duplicate other Federal assistance available) weatherization projects, designed to enable older individuals to maintain their homes in conformity with minimum housing and (as applicable and appropriate) other relevant standards, in order to support such older individuals in aging in place and maintaining their health; .
