The Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge located in the State of Texas shall be known as the Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge . Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the national wildlife refuge referred to in subsection
(a)shall be deemed to be a reference to the Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge .
