Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall designate Ansarallah as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1189(a) ). Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall impose the sanctions described in paragraph
(2)with respect to— Ansarallah; and any foreign person that is a member, agent, or affiliate of, or owned or controlled by, Ansarallah. The sanctions described in this paragraph are— sanctions applicable with respect to a foreign person pursuant to Executive Order 13224 ( 50 U.S.C. 1701 note; relating to blocking property and prohibiting transactions with persons who commit, threaten to commit, or support terrorism); and sanctions described in Executive Order 13780 ( 8 U.S.C. 1182 note; relating to protecting the Nation from foreign terrorist entry into the United States), as in effect on January 19, 2021, with respect to nationals of Yemen.
