The Secretary, acting through the Chief of the Forest Service, shall— use all available resources to ensure prescribed burns conducted by the Forest Service are extinguished; and update the prescribed burn policies of the Forest Service to reflect the findings and recommendations included in the report of the Forest Service entitled National Prescribed Fire Program Review and dated September 2022.
