The Secretaries, in coordination with the Attorney General of the United States, shall develop a voluntary training course for employees involved in any activity carried out on Federal land that is directly related to a prescribed fire in the course of executing a Federal action. The training course developed under subsection
(a)shall include a description of— liability protections afforded to the employees described in that subsection when acting within the scope of their employment; the limits on any liability protections under paragraph (1); and any reimbursement available for qualified employees for professional liability insurance under section 636 of division A of Public Law 104–208 (5 U.S.C. prec. 5941 note).
