This Act may be cited as the or the Clear Law Enforcement for Criminal Alien Removal Act of 2025 . CLEAR Act of 2025 The table of contents for this Act is as follows: Sec. 1. Sec. 6. State and local law enforcement provision of information about apprehended aliens. Sec. 7.
