Sec. 2. Definitions

In this Act: The term appropriate committees of Congress means— the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate; the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate; the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate; the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives; the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives; and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives. The term covered agencies means— the National Park Service; the Bureau of Land Management; the United States Fish and Wildlife Service; and the Forest Service. The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior.
