Sec. 567. Analysis of the advisability of establishing a punitive article for child pornography-related offenses under the Uniform Code of Military Justice

The Secretary of Defense, in coordination with the Joint Service Committee on Military Justice, shall analyze the feasibility and advisability of establishing a dedicated punitive article under the Uniform Code of Military Justice to address offenses relating to child pornography. Not later than December 31, 2026, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report detailing the results of the analysis under subsection
(a)and any associated recommendations.
