In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2402(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (division B of Public Law 118–31 ; 137 Stat. 727) for Lake City Army Ammunition Plant, Missouri, for construction of a microgrid and backup power, the Secretary of Defense may construct a microgrid and backup power, including the installation of liquid propane gas tanks and associated piping, foundations, pumps, saddles, propane vaporizers and controls.
The authorization table in section 2402(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (division B of Public Law 118–31 ; 137 Stat. 727) is amended in the item relating to Lake City Army Ammunition Plant, Missouri, by striking the dollar amount and inserting $86,500,000 . The funding table in section 4601 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 ( Public Law 118–31 ; 137 Stat. 901) is amended in the items relating to Lake City Army Ammunition Plant, Missouri, by striking the dollar amount and inserting $86,500 .
