Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2403(a) and available for energy conservation projects as specified in the funding table in section 4601, the Secretary of Defense may carry out energy conservation projects under chapter 173 of title 10, United States Code, for the installations or locations inside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table: ERCIP Projects: Inside the United States State Installation or Location Amount California Armed Forces Reserve Center Mountain View $20,600,000 Travis Air Force Base $25,120,000 Florida Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island $30,500,000 Guam Naval Base Guam $63,010,000 Massachusetts Cape Cod Space Force Station $124,000,000 New Mexico White Sands Missile Range $38,500,000 North Carolina Fort Bragg $80,000,000 Texas Camp Swift $19,800,000 Fort Hood $34,500,000 Utah Camp Williams $28,500,000 Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2403(a) and available for energy conservation projects as specified in the funding table in section 4601, the Secretary of Defense may carry out energy conservation projects under chapter 173 of title 10, United States Code, for the installations or locations outside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table:
