Section 413 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (division X of Public Law 117–103 ; 50 U.S.C. 3373a ) is repealed. Subparagraph
(A)of section 1683(f)(1) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 ( Public Law 117–103 ; 50 U.S.C. 3373(f)(1) ) is amended to read as follows: The Director of National Intelligence and the Secretary of Defense shall jointly require that each element of the intelligence community and component of the Department of Defense with data relating to unidentified anomalous phenomena makes such data available immediately to the Office in a manner that protects intelligence sources and methods. .
