Section 392a(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A)(i), by striking the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and inserting the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking the following: and all that follows and inserting the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy. ; and in paragraph (3)(A)— in clause (i), by striking the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and inserting the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy ; in clause (ii), by striking Under Secretary and inserting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy ; in clause (iii), by striking Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and inserting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy ; and by striking clause (iv).
