The Secretary of the Air Force shall preserve each retired KC–10 aircraft in the same storage condition in which such aircraft was preserved as of September 30, 2025. A KC–10 aircraft preserved under subsection
(a)may be disposed of in accordance with chapter 5 of title 40, United States Code.
