Sec. 1010. Support for counterdrug activities and activities to counter transnational organized crime

Subsection (h)(3) of section 284 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (A)— in clause (ii), by striking and at the end; and by adding at the end the following new clauses: a description of the arrangements, if any, for the sustainment of the support, project, or purpose and the source of funds to support sustainment of the capabilities and performance outcomes achieved using such support, if applicable; a description of the objectives for the support, project, or purpose; and information, including the amount, type, and purpose, about the support provided to the agency during the fiscal year for which the support is provided with respect to— this section; or counterdrug activities authorized by section 1033 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1998 ( Public Law 105–85 ; 111 Stat. 1811). ; and in subparagraph (B)(i), by striking the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives and inserting the congressional defense committees .
