Section 1446 of the Better Utilization of Investments Leading to Development Act of 2018 ( 22 U.S.C. 9656 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking $10,000,000 and inserting $20,000,000 ; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (2), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (3)— by inserting the Corporation’s impact quotient outlining after asset and ; and by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: information relating to whether the Corporation has accepted a creditor status that is subordinate to that of other creditors in the project, activity, or asset; and for all projects, activities, or assets that the Corporation has accepted a creditor status that is subordinate to that of other creditors the Corporation shall include a description of the substantive policy rationale required by section 1422(b)(12) that influenced the decision to accept such a creditor status. .
