Section 10(c)(1) ( 16 U.S.C. 973h(c)(1) ) is amended— in the first sentence, by striking paragraph 8 of Article 4 of ; and in the third sentence, by striking Article 10 of . Section 10(d)(1)(A) ( 16 U.S.C. 973h(d)(1)(A) ) is amended— in clause (ii), by striking or at the end; and in clause (iii), by adding or at the end.
