The Commandant shall review memoranda of understanding between the other armed forces and entities which provide children’s advocacy center services to such armed forces. Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Commandant shall provide to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a recommendation on whether the Commandant should enter into a memorandum of understanding similar to such memoranda of understanding entered into by the other armed forces for the provisions of child advocacy center services, or take other actions to track incidents and respond to such incidents described in subsection (a).
