Sec. 718. Plan and report by Defense Health Agency relating to chiropractic clinics at military installations

The Director of the Defense Health Agency shall develop a plan to— reopen any clinic at a military installation if, before the date of the enactment of this Act, such clinic— offered chiropractic services and had an average number of at least 400 visits per month; and was closed; and pay chiropractors stationed at military installations under the General Schedule. Not later than March 31, 2026, the Director of the Defense Health Agency shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the House of Representatives and the Senate a report on— the plan developed under subsection (a); and the utility of chiropractic services with respect to the benefits of such services to members of the Armed Forces, the availability of such services, and the cost of such services.
