Section 741 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ; 136 Stat. 2676; 10 U.S.C. 129c note) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking five-year period both places it appears and inserting 10-year period ; and in subsection (c)— in paragraph (2), by striking Not later than two years after the date of the enactment of this Act, and inserting During each of 2024 and 2029, ; and in paragraphs
(3)and (4), by striking three years after the date of the enactment of this Act, both places it appears and inserting December 31, 2030, .
