Section 5103 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— in subsection
(a)by striking major acquisition programs and inserting Level 1 acquisitions or Level 2 acquisitions ; in subsection
(b)by striking major acquisition program and inserting Level 1 acquisition or Level 2 acquisition ; and by amending subsection
(f)to read as follows: In this section: The term Level 1 acquisition has the meaning given such term in section 1171. The term Level 2 acquisition has the meaning given such term in section 1171. . Section 5107 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking section 5103(f) and inserting section 1171 .
