Section 2465(b)(4) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking for the performance of firefighting functions if the contract and inserting that ; in subparagraph (B)— by striking only ; by striking firefighting ; and by striking by reason of a deployment .
