Section 2861 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (division B of Public Law 118–81 ; 10 U.S.C. 2802 note) is amended— in subsection (b)(1), by striking at least and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting at least two military construction projects. ; in subsection (d), by striking September 30, 2025 and inserting September 30, 2029 ; in subsection (e), by striking January 1, 2025 and inserting January 1, 2029 ; by redesignating subsections
(f)and
(g)as subsections
(g)and (h), respectively; by inserting after subsection
(e)the following new subsection (f): In carrying out each project under the pilot program commencing on or after the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 , the Secretary concerned shall use not fewer than three technologies identified in the report published by the Comptroller General of the United States on February 11, 2025, and titled Science & Tech Spotlight: Sustainable Building Technologies (GAO–25–107931). Nothing in this subsection shall be construed to require the redesign, modification, or reauthorization of any project initiated prior to the date of the enactment of such Act. ; in subsection (g)(1), as so redesignated, by striking December 31, 2025 and inserting December 31, 2030 ; and in subsection (h), as so redesignated, by striking any building material and inserting any building material identified in the report published by the Comptroller General of the United States on February 11, 2025, and titled . Science & Tech Spotlight: Sustainable Building Technologies (GAO–25–107931)
