Section 2804(c) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 (division B of Public Law 118–159 ; 10 U.S.C. 2805 note) is amended by striking February 1, 2026 and inserting August 1, 2026 . Not later than 30 days after each use of the authority described under section 2804(c) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 (division B of Public Law 118–159 ; 10 U.S.C. 2805 note), the Secretary of the Army shall provide to the congressional defense committees a briefing on such use.
