Section 2391(b)(5)(B)(iv) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by inserting (including health care, housing, and defense critical infrastructure projects and services) after projects and services ; and by striking the defense industrial base and the defense industrial base workers, if the Secretary determines such support will improve operations of the Department of Defense and inserting the defense industrial base, defense industrial base workers, and military installations .
