Section 4123 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in the section heading, by inserting after and test organizations ; defense laboratories by inserting or test organization after laboratory each place it appears; in subsection (a)(3), by inserting or test organizations after laboratories ; and by adding at the end the following new subsection: In this section, the term test organization means a test organization of the Major Range and Test Facility Base specified in Department of Defense Directive 3200.11 or any successor directive. .
