Sec. 1804. Adjustments to certain acquisition thresholds

Section 3041 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (c)(1)— in subparagraph (A), by striking $115,000,000 (based on fiscal year 1990 constant dollars) and inserting $275,000,000 (based on fiscal year 2024 constant dollars) ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking $540,000,000 (based on fiscal year 1990 constant dollars) and inserting $1,300,000,000 (based on fiscal year 2024 constant dollars) ; and in subsection (d)(1), by striking $750,000 (based on fiscal year 1980 constant dollars) and inserting $2,000,000 (based on fiscal year 2024 constant dollars) .
Section 3204(e)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking $10,000,000 each place it appears and inserting $100,000,000 ; by striking $75,000,000 each place it appears and inserting $500,000,000 ; and in subparagraph (B)(i), by striking $500,000 and inserting $10,000,000 . Section 3702(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking June 30, 2018 each place it appears and inserting June 30, 2026 ; in subparagraph (A), by striking $2,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000 ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking $750,000 and inserting $2,000,000 ; in paragraph (2), by striking $2,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000 ; and in subparagraph (3)(A), by striking chapter and the price of the subcontract is expected to exceed $2,000,000 and inserting the following: chapter and— in the case of a prime contract entered into after June 30, 2026, the price of the subcontract is expected to exceed $10,000,000; or in the case of a prime contract entered into on or before June 30, 2026, the price of the subcontract is expected to exceed $2,000,000. .
Section 4201(a)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking $300,000,000 (based on fiscal year 1990 constant dollars) and inserting $1,000,000,000 (based on fiscal year 2024 constant dollars) ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking $1,800,000,000 (based on fiscal year 1990 constant dollars) and inserting $4,500,000,000 (based on fiscal year 2024 constant dollars) .
