Section 105 of title 17, United States Code, is amended, in subsection (d)(2)— by redesignating subparagraphs

(M)through (O), respectively; by inserting after subparagraph
(K)the following new subparagraph (L): Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. . Such section is further amended, in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking subparagraphs
