Section 500e of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (b)— by striking responsible for synchronizing and inserting the following: “responsible for— synchronizing ; by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: the evaluation of tactics, techniques, and procedures for dynamic spectrum sharing technologies for joint electromagnetic operations. ; and in subsection (c)— by redesignating paragraph
(4)as paragraph (6); and by inserting after paragraph
(3)the following new paragraphs: An assessment of any current gaps in evaluation mechanisms for future joint use of dynamic spectrum sharing technologies. The feasibility and advisability of establishing designated virtual ranges for the evaluation of tactics, techniques, and procedures for dynamic spectrum sharing technologies. .
