Section 1260H(b)(3) of the William M.
(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ; 10 U.S.C. 113 note) is amended— by striking The Secretary and inserting the following: The Secretary ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: In preparing each annual revision under subparagraph
(A)of the list required by paragraph (1), the Secretary shall consider whether to include each Chinese entity added, during the preceding year, to any other list maintained by the United States of entities subject to additional restrictions or scrutiny for any purpose, as a result of concerns relating to the activities or affiliations of such entities. .
