Section 1279 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( 22 U.S.C. 8606 note) is amended— in subsection (b)(4), by striking $50,000,000 and inserting $80,000,000 ; and in subsection (f), by striking December 31, 2026 and inserting December 31, 2028 .
