Section 362(b) of the William M.
(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ; 10 U.S.C. 7771 note prec.) is amended— by striking for fiscal year 2021, as identified in division D of this Act and inserting by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 ; and by striking $3,000,000 and inserting $1,000,000 .
