Section 1094(f)(2) of the Afghanistan War Commission Act of 2021 (section 1094(f)(2) of Public Law 117–81 ; 135 Stat. 1941) is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: The Secretary of Defense may provide to the Commission, on a nonreimbursable basis, such administrative services, funds, staff, facilities, and other support services as are necessary for the performance of the duties of the Commission under this section. In addition to any support provided under clause (i), the head of any other Federal department or agency may provide to the Commission such services, funds, facilities, staff, and other support as the head of such department or agency determines advisable and as may be authorized by law. .
