Section 2284 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking subsection (c); and by redesignating subsection
(d)as subsection (c). Section 141 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 10 U.S.C. 221 note) is amended to read as follows: The Secretary of Defense shall ensure that body armor is procured using funds authorized to be appropriated by this title. . The following provisions of law are repealed: Section 219 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( Public Law 113–66 ; 10 U.S.C. 221 note). Section 213 of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 ( Public Law 111–383 ; 10 U.S.C. 221 note). Section 111 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( Public Law 110–417 ; 10 U.S.C. 221 note). Section 214 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( Public Law 110–417 ; 10 U.S.C. 221 note). Section 1502 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( Public Law 110–417 ; 10 U.S.C. 221 note).
