Section 5 of the Veterans Appeals Improvement and Modernization Act of 2017 ( Public Law 115–55 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: A summary of the outcome of appeals under the new appeals system, including appeals reviewed by the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, disaggregated by— the type of review; station of origination; type of appeal; and diagnostic codes. .
