The agency that currently employs, or most recently employed, a veteran, military spouse, caregiver, survivor, or member of a reserve component serving in a position in the civil service who is removed, demoted, or suspended on or after January 20, 2025, shall reimburse the veteran, military spouse, caregiver, survivor, or member of a reserve component for the cost of all mental health services provided during the 90-day period beginning on the date of the removal, demotion, or suspension.
