During the 10-year period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, the Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs shall submit an annual report to Congress that— contains all findings relating to projects controlled or financed by the Government of the People's Republic of China or state-owned enterprises in the People’s Republic of China submitted by Country China Officers through the process described in sections 3 and 4 during the 12-month reporting period; and includes updated findings and analyses related to paragraphs (3), (4), and
(5)of section 3(b).
