Executive Order 14399 (91 Fed. Reg. 17125; relating to ensuring citizenship verification and integrity in Federal elections) shall have no force or effect, and any contract or arrangement entered into by an agency to carry out activities pursuant to such Executive order shall be abrogated. None of the funds made available for the salaries and expenses of an agency may be used to carry out activities pursuant to such Executive order.
