Subsection

(b)of section 102 of the National Quantum Initiative Act ( 15 U.S.C. 8812 ) is amended— in paragraph (3)— by striking science and technology and inserting science, engineering, and technology research and workforce ; and by inserting , nonprofit research organizations, after universities ; by amending paragraph

(4)to read as follows: ensure coordination among the collaborative ventures or consortia established under this Act; ; and in paragraph (7), by inserting nonprofit research organizations, after universities, .
