Section 503 of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( 15 U.S.C. 6803 ) is amended by inserting at the end the following: A financial institution shall, upon a customer request, provide such customer with a copy of the disclosure required by subsection

(a)in writing or in electronic form or other form permitted by the regulations prescribed under section 504. .
