At the frequency established by the Comptroller, a registered provider shall submit to the Comptroller a report relating to— the financial condition of the registered covered provider; compliance by the registered covered provider with the requirements of this Act and other applicable laws relating to the provision of payment services; and any other information the Comptroller may reasonably require with respect to the registered covered provider and the scope of the provision of payment services of such provider.
To comply with the requirements of this section, the Comptroller shall, to the maximum extent practicable, use existing reports and other supervisory information and avoid duplication of examination activities, reporting requirements, and requests for information.
