Section 212(a)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(2) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Any alien who has been convicted of a covered offense, as that term is defined in section 316(g)(4) of this Act, is inadmissible. .
