The table of contents in section 1(b) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act is amended— by redesignating the item relating to section 172 as section 175; by inserting after the item relating to section 171, the following: Sec. 172. Reentry employment opportunities. Sec. 173. Youth apprenticeship readiness grant program. Sec. 174. Strengthening community colleges workforce development grants program. ; and by striking the item relating to section 190 and inserting the following: Sec. 190. Make America Skilled Again grants. .
