Of the total amount provided under the heading Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency—Operations and Support , $99,750,000 shall be derived by transfer from the unobligated balances of amounts previously appropriated under the heading Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency—Cybersecurity Response and Recovery Fund in division J of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ( Public Law 117–58 ). Amounts derived by transfer pursuant to this section shall continue to be treated as amounts specified in section 103(b) of division A of Public Law 118–5 .
